Calm, respectful and on time
A funeral has a fixed time, and arriving late can't be undone. That's why we plan generously: we calculate backwards from the start time, take traffic into account, and make sure we're at the entrance well in time. Our drivers are reserved and calm, and keep conversation to what's needed.
If you'd like to be quiet during the ride, that's fine. If you'd like to talk, that's fine too. You set the tone.
Waiting and bringing you back
With a funeral it's hard to say in advance how long it will take: the ceremony, offering condolences, maybe a gathering afterwards. We discuss the options beforehand. If you'd like the vehicle to wait, we agree on a fixed time. If you'd rather be picked up later, you call us the moment you're ready. Waiting time is never charged.
For the family too
If you travel with several family members, we discuss whether one vehicle is enough. A companion simply sits next to you. For a larger group we check whether a second vehicle is needed, so no one is dependent on someone else.
