For which occasions?
From a concert in a large venue to a family celebration at a restaurant, a wedding or a day out with the club: event transport is for every moment you want to attend without worry. Our vehicles also regularly visit large trade fairs and conference venues, such as the RAI in Amsterdam.
If you travel with a group, for example from a care facility, we work out together how many wheelchair spaces and seats are needed, and whether one vehicle is enough or whether two need to drive.
Dropped off where possible, picked up at the agreed time
At busy events, the drop-off spot is often the trickiest part. We find out beforehand where's best for you to get out: at the main entrance, a specific accessible entrance, or a spot just outside the barriers. The vehicle is ready again at the agreed time, and if needed we call shortly beforehand to confirm the exact moment.
Transport as part of the evening
Once you know the outbound and return ride are arranged, you really enjoy the evening. That's why we also offer combinations: outbound, return, and a stop along the way if you like. Feel free to call with the event details, and we'll discuss what works best.
